Don’t be filled with mental stress from fear of anything. In every aspect of life, pray. Pray and leave whatever is causing the anxiety at the throne of grace. Pray immediately! Pray before sharing, crying, fearing, pray. Pray in humility, consistently, and with a thankful heart. Get to the point when you talk to God you actually believe, not hope that He’s hearing you. Ask Him for everything you need and desire. When you do that in faith, when you practice that, peace will literally surround you no matter what you may face. The kind of peace will come that removes stress, stress that causes disease, both physically and mentally. You’ll have it, even when what you’re facing should cause stress; you’ll have peace. This peace will allow clear thinking. This list of mandates will help you; focus on these: that which is decent and pure. That which is morally and ethically sound and good. Think about things worthy of respect, credible. Don’t fill your mind, or mouth with trash, filth, and negativity, criticism, arrogance, or superiority. You don’t have to pretend; just focus on what’s good and trust God to deal with everything else, and help you, show you, how to handle it; how to handle life. All that you’ve seen me attempt in my life that represents Jesus, do that! Practice that and you’ll have so much more peace.
